

You can usually only attack characters +/- 8 levels from you, give or take. The peak player count is currently around 40 and that's spread out over a level range from 1 to 51, albeit with a big clump at 51. I prefer open world / few rules but I appreciate this is unlikely. At peak we have 30 - 33 players on weeknights, with a few more on the evening during weekend. I reviewed it a few months ago (though from a more RP-centered perspective).
